Cedarburg Light & Water reads meters at the end of each month. For a few customers, that means we are sending out a meter reader to manually read electric and water meters. For most customers, we have switched over to our advanced metering technology, which allows us to read meters remotely.
All active customers are billed on the same day. Each month, bills will be sent out around the 7th and will be due around the 27th; dates will vary slightly due to weekends and holidays. Due dates are at least 20 days from the date the bills are issued. Please contact us if you have any questions.
