Cedarburg Light & Water employees would like to congratulate the 2022 recipient of the utility's Public Power scholarship.
Each year, Cedarburg Light & Water along with our power supplier WPPI Energy, offers a $1,000 college scholarship to a graduate of Cedarburg High School.
The scholarships are administered by the Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund and the Cedarburg High School Scholarship Program.
Megan Schwensohn, a graduate of Cedarburg High School was awarded this year's $1,000 scholarship. Megan will be attending UW-Madison in the fall.
The Public Power scholarship is presented to a high school senior who plans to attend a two-year technical college or a four-year university program. To be eligible, students or their parents or guardians must be Cedarburg Light & Water customers.
